What does the removal mean for you?

 

If you are a Windows mobile or tablet app user you can continue to bank via our mobile banking website on your windows phone or tablet. This will ensure that you remain up-to-date on our newest banking services and functionality.

 

To access your banking:

  1. Open your internet browser and go to www.westpac.com.au
  2. Tap ‘Sign in’ at the top of the screen
  3. Logon using your existing Customer ID and password
