How can I change personal details eg phone number, email address?

 

If you're using the Westpac Online Banking and are registered for SMS Code:

  1. Sign in to Westpac Online Banking
  2. Select Preferences from the Services & preferences menu
  3. Select Personal details to expand that section
  4. Enter the SMS Code sent to your mobile
  5. Edit, add, or delete as needed, then save any changes.

If you're using the Westpac Mobile Banking App and are registered for SMS Code:

  1. Sign in to Mobile Banking
  2. Select Profile settings from the menu (top left hand corner)
  3. Select Update contact details
  4. Enter the SMS Code sent to your mobile
  5. Edit, add, or delete as needed, then save any changes

Not registered for SMS Code?

To make changes to your personal details online, you need to be registered for Westpac Protect™ SMS Code.

If you're not registered for Westpac Protect™ SMS Code, you can register by going to Preferences from the Services & preferences menu and selecting Security.

Alternatively, you can call 132 032 or visit your nearest Westpac branch. Just have your 8-digit customer ID and Telephone Banking access code handy.
