Frequently asked questions

Westpac One is Westpac's new digital banking platform that provides a single sign-on experience across a growing range of corporate banking services. While customers migrating from Corporate Online can continue to access many of the capabilities they use today, Westpac One is designed to evolve over time, with additional treasury, servicing, insights and banking capabilities progressively introduced through a single digital experience.

Westpac One is already available and is being rolled out progressively to corporate and institutional customers. Additional customers, products and features will continue to be onboarded over time, with capability releases occurring in stages as the platform evolves.

Westpac One will become the central access point for a broad range of Westpac corporate and institutional banking services. Today, it provides access to selected services through a single sign-on experience, with additional capabilities expected to be integrated over time to create a more connected and streamlined banking experience.

Real-time treasury management is designed to help organisations make decisions using more current information about their cash position, payments, and liquidity. As these capabilities are progressively introduced to Westpac One, customers will be able to access 24/7 real-time payments and accounts, enhanced visibility, automation, and insights that can help improve cash management, reduce manual processes and support faster decision-making.
