What happens if a Term Deposit is held as a security or has a restricted status?
Changes won't be able to be made in Online Banking if a Term Deposit is held as a security or has a restricted status. The maturity details will be shown, but changes will need to be made either by calling us on 1300 558 724 between 8.00am-8.00pm, 7 days a week or visit a branch during opening hours.
