How do I update my email address?

It's important to keep your email address up to date so we can notify you when you have digital mail or your eStatement is ready to view.

In the Westpac App

1. Search Update contact details in the Smart Search bar
2. Add or edit your email address
3. Tap Save

In Online Banking

1. Go to Service > Preferences > Personal details
2. Select Personal and Contact Details
3. Select Edit or Add in the Contact Details section
4. Edit or Add your email address
