Lost, stolen or misplaced card
Follow these simple steps to report a lost or stolen card. We'll cancel the card and send you a replacement. If your card is misplaced, you can lock it temporarily instead.
Keep in mind
- If your debit card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to cancel the card and order a replacement. Each debit card has a unique card number, so only the card you report will be cancelled and replaced. Any other cards linked to the account will not be affected.
- If your credit card is permanently lost, report it as lost or stolen. This will cancel your card and any additional cardholder cards automatically (including PartPay).
