What is the Digital Card?

With your Westpac Digital Card, you’ll never be without your card again. It’s a digital version of your card, but instantly available 24/7 in the Westpac App. Use it just like your physical card to shop online, pay bills, make in-app purchases and set up your recurring card payments,  or even add it to your mobile or wearable wallet to shop in-store.

Where to find your Digital Card

Check which app you have:

MOBILE

New Westpac App

Get the app (min. iOS 13.0.0)

  • Sign in to the Westpac App
  • Search Digital in the Smart Search bar and select Digital Card
  • Follow the prompts to Generate a CVC (Card Verification Code)
Classic Westpac App
  • Tap the account you want to access digital card
  • Tap Details > View Digital Card and follow the prompts
  • or Tap Services > Card services > Digital card and follow the prompts
