About you

We'll ask for your personal information like your name, date of birth and contact details. You must:

  • Have an Australian residential address
  • Have a mobile phone and an email address.

Your identity

We'll need to identify you with 2 forms of ID, such as:

  • Passport
  • Australian driver licence​
  • Australian birth certificate​
  • Medicare card.
