How to order a Debit Mastercard if I don’t have one
If you already have a Debit Mastercard, use the options below:
Your card is lost or stolen: Report a lost or stolen card
Your card is damaged or has expired: Reissue card
If you do not have a Debit Mastercard, or you can’t see a digital card, you can request one using the Westpac App or Online Banking.
In the Westpac App
Make sure you have the latest version of the app
- Open the Westpac App
- Tap More
- Under Products, tap Bank accounts
- Scroll down to Managing your bank account and tap Order a replacement debit card
- Follow the instructions and submit your request.
In Online Banking
- Use the search bar and search for Order Debit Mastercard
- Follow the instructions and submit your request
