How to order a Debit Mastercard if I don’t have one

If you already have a Debit Mastercard, use the options below:
 

Your card is lost or stolen: Report a lost or stolen card

Your card is damaged or has expired: Reissue card
 

If you do not have a Debit Mastercard, or you can’t see a digital card, you can request one using the Westpac App or Online Banking.

 

In the Westpac App

Make sure you have the latest version of the app

  • Open the Westpac App
  • Tap More
  • Under Products, tap Bank accounts
  • Scroll down to Managing your bank account and tap Order a replacement debit card
  • Follow the instructions and submit your request.

In Online Banking

  • Use the search bar and search for Order Debit Mastercard
  • Follow the instructions and submit your request
