How do I update my email address?

Keep your email address up to date so we can notify you when your digital mail or eStatement is ready to view or download.

In the Westpac App

1. Search Update contact details in the Smart Search bar
2. Add or edit your email address
3. Save changes to any updates made.

In Online Banking

1. Go to Services > Preferences > Personal details
2. Select Personal and Contact Details
3. Enter the SMS code sent to your registered mobile and select Next
4. Add or delete your email address
5. Save changes to any updates made.
