Do I need to do anything to get ready to be able to use PayID? 

Personal customers can prepare by registering for Westpac Protect SMS as this is the number that will be used for your PayID. Keep an eye out for a pop up message in Westpac Online Banking or the Westpac Mobile Banking App inviting you to set up your mobile number as a PayID.

Customers with a Business profile in Westpac Online Banking will be able to register an ABN, as a PayID at a later date.
