How do I change my credit card repayment reminder preferences in Westpac Online Banking?

1. Sign in to Westpac Online Banking and click on ‘Services and Preferences’ at the top of the screen.
2. Select ‘Notifications’ and click on the ‘edit’ link under Credit cards.
3. On the Credit Card repayment reminder screen, select a credit card to change that card's reminder preferences. Select 'Not Subscribed' to stop receiving the reminder, or select either 'SMS' or 'Email' to change the delivery method. Then tap Save.
