Why do I need to give you access to my contacts list to use Pay to Mobile or mobile number PayID payments?

Pay to Mobile and mobile number PayID allows you to make Payments to others by using a payee's Australian mobile phone number (for example, using a mobile phone number you have in your contacts) instead of a BSB and Account number. By allowing access to your mobile phone contacts, you can make payments to someone in your contacts list, without having to manually type in their mobile phone number or account numbers when you pay them.

We will not use your Mobile Phone contacts list for any other purpose other than Pay to Mobile payments or mobile number PayID payments.

For complete Terms and Conditions of Pay to Mobile and PayID, please read Online Banking Terms & Conditions or for more information on how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information, including how you can access or correct your personal information and how you can contact us, please see our privacy policy or call 132 032.
