I've lost my physical card; can I still use Garmin Pay on my Garmin smart watch?

Yes, you can continue to use Garmin Pay as long as the physical card has not been reported lost or stolen.

If your physical card has been lost or stolen, you can:

 

  • Log in to Westpac Online or Mobile Banking and self-serve to place a temporary block on your physical card through the Card on Hold service;
  • Log in to Westpac Online or Mobile Banking and self-serve to report your physical card lost or stolen;
  • If you have not registered for online banking, call Westpac to place a hold on or cancel the physical card.

 

Once your physical card is reported lost or stolen, or placed on hold you will be unable to use Garmin Pay. If you have reported your card lost or stolen, you will receive a replacement card, which will need to be activated and re-added to Garmin Pay.
