Can I report a lost or stolen card from Online Banking?
You can temporarily lock your misplaced personal credit or Mastercard® debit card for a maximum of 15 days until you find it. Your card (including your PartPay Card and additional cardholder’s cards) will automatically unlock after 15 days. If you don't find your card within 15 days, you should report it lost or stolen and a replacement card will be issued.
Let any additional cardholders know that you have lost your card and put a temporary lock on the card, which will also put a temporary lock on the additional cardholder's card. Review any direct debits or scheduled payments connected to the account, as they may be declined.
If you know your card has been stolen or lost, you can cancel a card and we will immediately stop all transactions. You will be prompted to select the appropriate address for delivery of your new card.
We’ll stop your card and companion cards (including your PartPay Card and the cards of any additional cardholders) and issue new cards.
