How do I close my account?

If you’re a personal customer, you can;

  • Sign into Online Banking or the Westpac App (eligible everyday and savings account, credit card and Flexi Loan accounts)
  • Visit your nearest branch
  • Call 132 032 8am-8pm Sydney time, 7 days a week or +61 2 92939270 if overseas.
