How do I pay by BPAY^®?

Account holders under 14 years old cannot make BPAY payments or use BPAY View in Online Banking.

In the Westpac App

1. Tap $ in the bar menu ​
2. Tap Pay by BPAY​
3. Select a BPAY account in Billers or tap Add > BPAY® Biller to add a new payee​
4. Tap the From account ​
5. Enter the Amount and tap Schedule to select the date and frequency​
6. Tap Pay to pay now or Schedule to pay later​
7. Review your payment details and tap Pay ​
8. Enter the SMS code sent to your registered mobile​
9. Tap Done to complete your payment​

In Online Banking

1. Go to Payments > Make a payment and select the BPAY tab​
2. Select a biller from the drop down menu or select Pay new payee and enter the new payee details​
3. Select From account​
4. Enter the Amount, Date and Payment frequency​
5. Select Continue​
6. Review your payment details and select Confirm​

In the Westpac iPad App

1. Drag the From account to the Payment zone and drop the coin onto the BPAY® zone​
2. Tap To and select a BPAY® account or tap Add (+) to add a new BPAY® biller​
3. Enter the details​
4. Tap Make payment and then tap Confirm​
5. Enter the SMS code sent to your registered mobile​
6. Tap Authorise to complete your payment​

By phone

1. Call 132 032​
2. Select Option 1​
3. Key in your 8 digit Customer ID (you’ll find this on your statement)​
4. Key in your 3 digit access code​
5. Follow the prompts​
