How do I switch to Digital Mail?
You can do this in Online Banking or the Westpac App. To update from a tablet, log into Online Banking from your browser.
In the Westpac App
Make sure you have the latest version of the app.
- Search Mail settings in the Smart Search bar
- Tap Online to select digital mail
- Tap Submit
In Online Banking
- Go to Service > Preferences > Mail
- Select Mail settings
- Select Online for digital mail
- Select Submit
