How do I switch to receiving Digital Mail?
Via Online Banking:
- Sign in to Westpac Online Banking
- Select Preferences from the Services & preferences menu at the top of your Overview page
- Select Mail and click on Mail settings
- Click on Online to switch all eligible products to digital mail
- Click Submit
Via Mobile Banking:
- Sign in to Mobile Banking
- Tap on the menu icon at the top left of the screen
- Tap Services & security
- Tap on Mail settings under Statements and reports
- Tap on Online to switch all eligible products to digital mail
- Tap Submit
Please note: Tablet users will need to sign in to Online Banking from safari to view mail and update preferences.
