How do I switch to receiving Digital Mail?

 

Via Online Banking:

  1. Sign in to Westpac Online Banking
  2. Select Preferences from the Services & preferences menu at the top of your Overview page
  3. Select Mail and click on Mail settings
  4. Click on Online to switch all eligible products to digital mail
  5. Click Submit

 

Via Mobile Banking:

  1. Sign in to Mobile Banking
  2. Tap on the menu icon at the top left of the screen
  3. Tap Services & security
  4. Tap on Mail  settings under Statements and reports
  5. Tap on Online to switch all eligible products to digital mail
  6. Tap Submit

 

Please note: Tablet users will need to sign in to Online Banking from safari to view mail and update preferences.
