Can I use Samsung Pay as a backup when my physical card is blocked or reported lost/stolen?

Yes, you can use Samsung Pay as a backup. If you have reported your physical card lost or stolen, your replacement card details will be automatically updated in Samsung Pay and you can continue to make transactions without the need to activate your replacement physical card.

If you have placed a temporary block on your physical card, it will also be temporarily locked in Samsung Pay and you will not be able to transact with that card using your device.
