If a merchant already has my physical card details, and I then connect to them via My Merchants in the Westpac App, will the merchant remove my physical card details?
Connecting to a merchant via My Merchants in the Westpac App operates separately from connections set up with a merchant using physical card details. You will need to contact the merchant directly if you want to confirm that your physical card details will no longer be stored by them.
