What happens if my mobile number changes or I need to change my PayID?   

As you aren’t able to edit your PayID, if your mobile number changes, you will need to call us on 1300 655 505 to close your current PayID. You will then need to update your Westpac SMS ProtectTM number with your new mobile number and then you can create a new PayID in the Westpac Mobile Banking App or Online Banking.
