Which account can my PayID be linked to and can I change it once registered?     

When creating your PayID, you will be able to select one account, from a list of your eligible accounts, to link to your PayID. As a PayID is a unique identifier, it can only be registered at one bank to one eligible account at a time. You can change the Westpac account linked to your PayID anytime.

If you sign into Westpac Live under Personal profile:

From the Westpac App, sign in and select Self serve > Account Services > PayID / Pay to Mobile Settings > Change account to pay.
On a desktop, sign in to Online Banking and select Services & preferences > Account services > PayID / Pay to Mobile Settings > Change account to pay.

If you sign into Westpac Live under Business profile:

From the Westpac App, sign in and select Self serve > Account services > PayID settings > Change account to pay.

On a desktop, sign in to Online Banking and select Service > Account services > PayID settings > Change account to pay.
