Which account can my PayID be linked to and can I change it once registered?     

When creating your PayID, you will be able to select one account, from a list of your eligible accounts, to link to your PayID.


As a PayID is a unique identifier, it can only be registered at one bank to one eligible account at a time. You can change the Westpac account linked to your PayID anytime in the Westpac Mobile Banking App, by selecting  Self serve > Account Services > PayID / Pay to Mobile Settings or on a desktop, sign in to Online Banking and select Services & preferences > Account services > PayID / Pay to Mobile Settings.
