Can I go back to receiving paper mail?
Yes, you can return to receiving paper mail anytime. You can do this online, through our Online Banking Service Centre by calling 1300 655 505 or at our branch.
Via Online Banking:
- Sign in to Westpac Online
- Select Preferences from the Services & preferences menu at the top of your Overview page
- Select Mail and click on Mail settings
- Click on Paper for each product type you want to switch
- Click Submit
Via Mobile Banking:
- Sign in to Mobile Banking
- Tap on the menu icon at the top left of the screen
- Tap Services & security
- Tap on Mail settings under Statements and reports
- Tap on Paper to switch all eligible products to digital mail
- Tap Submit
