How do I switch to paper statements?

You can opt for paper statements anytime in Online Banking or the Westpac App. You can also drop into a branch or call us on 132 0328am-8pm Sydney time, 7 days.

In the Westpac App

Before trying these instructions make sure you update to the latest version of the app.  

  1. Search eStatements in the Smart Search bar
  2. Tap eStatement settings and select the account
  3. Tap Paper statement then Update

In Online Banking

  1. Go to Service > Preferences > Statements
  2. Select the account
  3. Select Paper statements then Save
