I can see my card in Android Pay but my transaction is declining. Why?

One of the reasons your transaction may decline is if you have not completed enrolment. You will not be able to use Android Pay until you have verified your card. If your card has not been verified the message “Verification needed” will be displayed below the card in Android Pay.

 

If your card has been enrolled successfully and transactions are still declining you can check the following:

 

  •  You have an internet connection;
  • The card has not been closed;
  • There’s no block on the card;
  • The card has not expired
