What is required to successfully add a card to Android Pay?
To successfully add a card to Android Pay you will need to ensure that you have:
- a compatible phone
- an eligible Mastercard® or VISA card which has been activated
- the ability to complete verification using the mobile number registered for SMS Protect® or if you're adding the card through the Westpac Live Mobile Banking app, verification using SMS Protect® or a SecurID Token
If adding your card outside of the Westpac Live Mobile Banking app, check that the card details entered in the Android Pay app are identical to what appears on your plastic card
