Can I tell which merchants on the My Merchants list have a digital token and which have my card details stored?

The My Merchants page can display merchants who have:
 

  • A unique identifiable code called a 'digital token' in place of your physical card details for processing payments.
  • Your physical card details for processing payments. These merchants have been compiled using transaction history such as monthly subscriptions, recurring or one-off payments based on the information provided by merchants.
     

We don’t currently distinguish between merchants who have a digital token or your physical card details If you would like further information about your relationship with a merchant, you can view historical transactions in the Westpac App by tapping on the arrow next to the corresponding merchant or you can contact the merchant directly.
