I don't remember my Customer ID, where can I find it?


Your Customer ID, also referred to as Customer number, can be found towards the top of your Westpac Account Statement. It may also be in an email that you received when you opened an account or registered for Westpac Online Banking.

You can also ring us on 132 032 and for security reasons you will be asked a number of questions to enable us to identify you.
