I don't remember my Customer ID, where can I find it?

If you've forgotten your Customer ID, you can find it online.


You’ll need:

  • Your Westpac debit card, credit card or handycard
  • Your registered mobile number to receive your Westpac ProtectTM SMS code or your SecurID token


For Online - go to the Sign in page, and click on ‘Forgot customer ID or password’ and follow the prompts.


For Mobile & Tablet Banking - go to the Sign in page, and select Forgot? on the Customer ID field and follow the prompts.


You can also find your Customer ID:


  • On your statement - it can be found towards the top of your Westpac Account Statement or in an email that you received when you opened an account or registered for Westpac Online Banking.
  • Over the phone - you can also ring us on 132 032 and for security reasons you will be asked a number of questions to enable us to identify you.
