I don't remember my Customer ID, where can I find it?
If you've forgotten your Customer ID, you can find it:
- Online - if you’re registered for SMS Protect, you can retrieve your Customer ID by going to the Sign in page and clicking on ‘Forgot Customer ID or password’ and follow the prompts.
- On your statement - it can be found towards the top of your Westpac Account Statement or in an email that you received when you opened an account or registered for Westpac Online Banking.
- Over the phone - you can also ring us on 132 032 and for security reasons you will be asked a number of questions to enable us to identify you.
