I don't remember my Customer ID, where can I find it?

If you've forgotten your Customer ID, you can find it:

  1. Online - if you’re registered for SMS Protect, you can retrieve your Customer ID by going to the Sign in page and clicking on ‘Forgot Customer ID or password’ and follow the prompts.
  2. On your statement - it can be found towards the top of your Westpac Account Statement or in an  email that you received when you opened an account or registered for Westpac Online Banking.
  3. Over the phone - you can also ring us on 132 032 and for security reasons you will be asked a number of questions to enable us to identify you.
