How to cancel and replace
your card

Follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to Westpac Online Banking
  2. Select Services from the Services & preferences menu
  3. Select Report lost or stolen cards from Card services options.

  1. Sign in to Westpac Tablet banking
  2. Select Self Service from the top menu.
  3. Select Report Lost/Stolen from the Account Service options.

Cards to which a temporary lock can be applied will be listed when you sign in to Mobile Banking or Online Banking and visit Lock a card temporarily under Cards services.

Westpac Debit Mastercard® holders need to be at least 16 years of age, and have an Australian residential address to be eligible for the card.
