What should I do if I think my account has been compromised?

If you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your Amazon Alexa account, or a personal device connected to Alexa, or if your Amazon Alexa or Westpac customer IDs or access codes are lost, stolen or compromised in any way, then you should immediately:

  • disable the Westpac Banking skill;
  • change your compromised credentials; and
  • notify Westpac by calling us on 1300 651 089.

If you received an email saying you had successfully enabled the Westpac Banking skill, but did not take this action, please call us immediately on 132 032, or on (+61 2) 9155 7700 if calling from overseas
