Who can I contact if I haven’t received my Cashback?

There are three ways to follow up on your missing Cashback.
 

  1. ShopBack app 
    Click "Account" at the bottom right corner and search for “Report missing Cashback”

  2. ShopBack Website 
    Login to ShopBack, click on “Cashback Overview”, and select the “Report missing Cashback” button

  3. Submit a missing Cashback request with ShopBack.
