Will I qualify for the Westpac bonus Cashback if I use digital wallets or other payment methods at checkout?
If the Westpac debit or credit card in your Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay is the same eligible card that you've added to your ShopBack account, then you’ll qualify for Westpac bonus Cashback. Gift card purchases made using Apple Pay may take up to 14 days to be tracked.
Purchases made using online payment platforms such as PayPal, and some Buy Now Pay Later payment methods, where ShopBack is unable to identify that an eligible Westpac card was used at the merchant checkout, will not qualify for Westpac bonus Cashback (even where an eligible card is linked e.g. to the PayPal or Buy Now Pay Later account).
