Is calling from the Westpac App open 24/7?

Calling from the Westpac App operates at the same opening hours as our Customer Care team.

For services which are available 24/7 (such as reporting your card lost or stolen) you are able to call 24/7, however for services which have limited availability (such as general enquires) our general Customer Care opening hours apply. Click here to see opening hours.
