If you have auto-updates enabled, you might already have access to the new app and simply need to open it. Just remember, you'll need to be using Android 10 and above.

If you’re using Android 10 and cannot locate the Westpac App in the Google Play Store, please check for any Android 10 and Google Play service updates on your device and update to the latest version.

We’re always looking for ways to make your banking easier and a better mobile app is one way we do that.

The new app is smoother and easier to navigate, with new features to save you time - you can transfer money in a few taps with Drag and Drop or manage your cards in Cards Hub. We've also introduced a $ icon to make payments easier, and Profile where you can find your Customer ID, update your details and much more.

Frequently Asked Questions - Getting the new app

We’ll be delivering the new app progressively in the Google Play Store over a few weeks and expect to have it available to all customers by mid-December. If you have auto-updates turned on, the transition to the new app will happen automatically during this period.

Use the Smart Search bar to find what you need or tap the Cards, $ and Profile icons in the bottom navigation bar menu to explore.
