Things you should know
1. Card Lock: Lock a card temporarily: Locking your card will temporarily stop new transactions on your card. Your card will automatically unlock after 15 days (unless you unlock it earlier or cancel the card). Available on personal credit and Mastercard® debit cards.
2. Quick Balance: Only eligible accounts can be displayed. Available on compatible devices with supported operating systems. View the full list of compatible devices and supported operating systems at westpac.com.au/devices
3. Cardless cash: Cardless cash is available on eligible Westpac transaction accounts with a linked debit card. Cardless cash limit of 3 withdrawals per day applies, subject to $500 daily withdrawal limit and $1,000 weekly withdrawal limit. Only available at Westpac Groups ATMs in Australia. To access cardless cash on your mobile you must be registered to use Westpac Online Banking and download the Westpac Mobile Banking App.
