How can I change my phone number, email or postal address and other personal details using Mobile Banking?
If you're using the Westpac Mobile Banking App and are registered for a Westpac Protect™ security device:
1. Sign in to Mobile Banking
2. Select Profile settings from the menu (top left hand corner)
3. Select Update contact details
4. Enter the security code when prompted
Edit, add, or delete as needed, then save any changes
Not registered for a Westpac Protect™ security device?
To make changes to your personal details online, you need to be registered for a Westpac Protect™ security device.
If you're not registered for a Westpac Protect™ security device, you can register by going to Preferences from the Services & preferences menu and selecting Security.
