Looking for a transaction, payment or deposit? Search up to three years of transaction history in Online Banking or the Westpac App
Search for previous transactions
You can find your previous transactions by searching for:
- A certain date
- A description
- An amount(s)
- Type of payment (Debit or Credit)
- Account balance
How to view or search for a transaction
In the Westpac App
Make sure you have the latest version of the app.
- Tap Accounts
- Select the account
- Tap the magnifying glass icon
- You can search by name, date, or amount.
You can even use everyday language. Just type or tap the mic and say something like, ‘How much did I spend on Maccas last month?’ to get quick answers.
In Online Banking
- Select an Account
- Search by description, date or amount
