Your eligible accounts will be displayed on the ‘Statements’ screen in Online Banking. Any account you hold that is ineligible will not appear.

There are some cases where you will not be able to stop receiving paper statements for an eligible account type. This may be because your account are statement preference are linked to a mortgage account in an offset arrangement, or a permanent overdraft is loaded on the account.

More details on eStatements

Joint accounts

Savings and transaction accounts

Joint account customers are able to receive eStatements. If you’re a joint account holder and you decide to receive eStatements, your statement preference won’t impact other account holders, as statement settings are now based on individual needs.

Credit card accounts

For credit card accounts only the primary cardholder can elect to switch to eStatements.

If you choose to stop receiving paper statements for a joint account, we will send an email notification only to the primary cardholder each time an eStatement becomes available for viewing in Online Banking.
