Presale access lets Westpac Mastercard customers buy tickets for selected events before the general public sale. To buy tickets, use a Westpac-issued Mastercard at checkout. Presales are available for selected events only. Access does not guarantee a ticket – availability is limited and tickets may sell out during the presale period.

All Westpac-issued Mastercard cards can be used to access Mastercard Presales and Preferred Tickets, including Westpac debit and credit Mastercards. You must use that card to pay at checkout.

Payment methods accepted during checkout are determined by the ticketing provider. If Mobile Wallets are accepted, make sure your Westpac-issued Mastercard is added to the wallet you're using.

Yes, if you have a Westpac-issued Mastercard. Some events have age restrictions or other entry requirements set by the event organiser or venue. Check the event details before buying tickets, as entry may be refused if you do not meet the requirements.

The purchase process may vary by event and ticketing provider. Some events validate your Westpac-issued Mastercard at checkout, while others may require a promo code. Event-specific instructions will be provided where required.

Yes, you may still be able to buy tickets during the general public sale. Westpac Mastercard customers may also be able to access Mastercard Preferred Tickets, which are a limited number of tickets set aside from the general public. Preferred Ticket availability is limited and may sell out.

It depends on where the issue is happening:

• Viewing or accessing events on priceless.com — If you're having a technical issue on priceless.com/westpac, visit priceless.com/contact and Mastercard's customer service team will be happy to assist.
• Selecting tickets, checkout, availability, refunds or event changes — Contact the ticketing provider (like Ticketmaster or Ticketek) or the event organiser.
• A declined card or an account issue — Contact us. If your eligible card didn't work, it may be due to availability, event restrictions, a ticketing-site issue, card expiry, limited funds or a security check.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, the event organiser or ticketing provider will usually contact ticket holders with next steps. Refunds, exchanges and rescheduling are subject to the event organiser and ticketing provider terms and conditions.
