Home Insurance

To make lodging your home insurance claim online easier, check your Home and Contents InsuranceLandlord Insurance or Renters Insurance Policy Schedule for your sum insured and nominated excess.

Car Insurance

Start your claim online or call 1800 502 077 for assistance. 

You will receive a confirmation number for your reference once it is submitted and a friendly claims consultant will contact you as soon as possible. Read more.

Travel Insurance

To lodge your claim, have your policy number and any supporting documents, such as your itinerary, receipts or flight details and bank account details handy. Once your claim is submitted, a team member will contact you within 10 business days. Read more.

Westpac Credit Card Complimentary Insurance

If you have a Westpac credit card, you may be eligible for Westpac Credit Card Complimentary Insurance which includes Overseas Travel Insurance.  If you are eligible, you can lodge a claim online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or alternatively call Allianz on 1800 091 710, 8am to 8pm AEST Monday to Friday, and 8 am to 5pm AEST, Saturday (within Australia).

Boat Insurance

A quick and easy way to lodge a claim is online via Club Marine’s website, or via the Club Marine App. Once the claim is received, one of Club Marine’s friendly claims consultants will contact you to take you through the claims process. Alternatively, you can call 1800 502 077, Monday to Sunday 7am-6pm (AEST). Read more.

Caravan and Trailer Insurance

Lodge your claim online or call 1800 502 077 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Lodge your claim as soon as possible. Read more

Credit Card and Loan Repayment Insurance

To start your claim, either download the job loss (PDF 130KB) or unfit for work (PDF 138KB) claim form, complete and return this to cciclaims@westpac.com.au  – a claims consultant will contact you within 10 working days about your claim. For any assistance please call 1300 369 989 Monday to Friday, 8:45am- 5pm (Sydney Time). Job loss claims can be submitted online.

Life Insurance

When you have suffered an injury or disability or been diagnosed with a medical condition, we understand what you are going through and want to make the claims process as easy as possible.

Many claims are paid over the phone within a matter of days, once we receive the minimal information from you.

To lodge a claim contact your personal claims consultant, Monday to Friday, 8am - 6:30pm (AEST), on 132 135 to help.  They will guide you through the process and explain what we need, to process your claim as quickly as possible.
