What if I’m not registered for personal Online Banking or I am a Limited Access Business Debit Mastercard holder, how do I update my card’s daily limit?
An authorised Administrator of the Business Network can update the daily limit on your behalf by following the below steps.
In the Westpac App
- Log on to the Westpac App
- Tap Business at the bottom, then Card services > Change Debit Mastercard Limit
- Select the account linked to the card you want to update and follow the prompts
- The limit update is effective instantly and will remain active until a new limit is set
In Online Banking
- Log on to Westpac Online Banking
- From your dashboard go to Service > Services > Change Debit Mastercard Limit
- Select the account linked to the card you want to update and follow the prompts
- The limit update is effective instantly and will remain active until a new limit is set
