Increase a credit limit

You can apply to increase a credit limit through Online Banking:

Transfer a balance to an existing card

Complete our Balance transfer form (PDF 49KB) and send it to:

Transfer a balance to a new card

You can apply to transfer a balance to a new card through Online Banking:

Add an additional cardholder

You can apply for an additional credit card through Online Banking:

Increase a facility credit limit

For BusinessChoice credit cards with a Joint and Several Liability structure, please complete our Facility Limit Increase - Joint and Several Liability (PDF 121KB) form.

 

For BusinessChoice credit cards with a Business Liability structure, please complete our Facility Limit Increase - Business Liability (PDF 114KB) form.
 

Once complete, deliver the form to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification processing. 

Increase or decrease cardholder limits

To request a change to credit, transaction, branch daily cash advance, or ATM daily cash advance limits on a card, complete our Reallocation of Cardholder Limits form (PDF 637KB), then deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification. 

If you have set up a fax indemnity and authorised signatories with Westpac, you can fax the form directly to the Cards Business Solutions team on (02) 9055 3598 for processing.

Please note, cardholder limit increases are subject to the facility limit being available.

Add an additional cardholder

To apply for an additional card, complete our Additional Cardholder Request form (PDF 86KB), then deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification and processing. You’ll need to make sure you have a limit available to assign to the new cardholder. 

Replace a damaged or expired credit card

To request to have a card reissued, complete sections 1, 5 and 6 of our Card Maintenance form (PDF 648KB) and deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification. 

If you have set up a fax indemnity and authorised signatories with Westpac, you can fax the form directly to the Cards Business Solutions team on (02) 9055 3681 for processing.

Change the cardholder name on a credit card

Complete sections 4 and 6 of our Card Maintenance form (PDF 648KB), then deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification. If you have set up a fax indemnity and authorised signatories with Westpac, you can fax the form directly to the Cards Business Solutions team on (02) 9055 3681 for processing. 

Please note that original evidence of the name change in the form of a marriage certificate, birth certificate, deed poll certificate or divorce document, must be presented to a Westpac branch for the change to take place.

Set up a new Autopay for your facility

Complete our Facility Autopay request form (PDF 652KB), then deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification and processing.

Make changes to an existing Autopay

Complete our Facility Autopay request form (PDF 652KB), then deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification and processing.

Change the bill date for your facility

Complete sections 1 and 4 of our Facility Maintenance form (PDF 78KB), then email it to commercialcards@westpac.com.au or fax to (02) 9055 3598 for processing.

Transfer any remaining credit balance on a cancelled credit card

If you have cancelled a cardholder’s account and there is a credit balance remaining, complete sections 1, 2 and 6 of our Card Maintenance form (PDF 648KB), then deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification. If you have set up a fax indemnity and authorised signatories with Westpac, you can fax the form directly to the Cards Business Solutions team on (02) 9055 3681.

Change the name of your facility

Complete sections 1 to 4 of our Facility Maintenance form (PDF 78KB), then email it to commercialcards@westpac.com.au or fax it to (02) 9055 3598.

Please note, original evidence in the form of certificate of change of business or company name must also be presented to a Westpac branch for the change to take place.

Swap Principal 1 with Principal 2

To request that the current Principal 1 becomes Principal 2, and the current Principal 2 becomes Principal 1 on your facility, complete sections 1 to 4 of our Change of Principal/Authorised Signatory Cardholder Request form (PDF 625KB), then deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification.

Change delivery address

To change the delivery address for a credit card, complete sections 2 and 3 of our Change of Address form (PDF 77KB), then email it to commercialcards@westpac.com.au or fax it to (02) 9055 3598.

Change facility address

To change the listed address of your facility, complete sections 1 and 3 of our Change of Address form (PDF 77KB), then email it to commercialcards@westpac.com.au or fax it to (02) 9055 3598.

Request a reprint of a consolidated monthly statement or billing account statement

Complete sections 1, 2 and 4 of our Facility Maintenance form (PDF 78KB), then email it to commercialcards@westpac.com.au or fax to (02) 9055 3598.

Request a reprint of a credit card statement

Complete our Reprint Cardholder Statement form (PDF 63KB), then deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification. If you have set up a fax indemnity and authorised signatories with Westpac, you can fax the form directly to the Voucher Retrievals team on 1300 360 631.

Advise us of your personal Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number

To give Westpac a personal membership number to link to a rewards credit card, complete the Registration of Qantas Frequent Flyer Membership Number form (PDF 64KB). Then give it to your Relationship Manager, drop it in to any Westpac branch, fax it to 1300 887 830, or post it to Business Choice Rewards, 145 Darling St, Balmain NSW 2041.

Please note that each cardholder needs to complete the form if they wish to earn Qantas Points as an individual traveller (subject to the BusinessChoice Rewards Card Rewards Terms and Conditions (PDF 115KB)).

Switch from a personal to a business rewards program

To switch your rewards program from the personal Qantas Rewards Program to the Qantas Business Rewards Program for BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum card facilities, complete sections 1 to 4 of our BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum switch form (PDF 617KB), then post it to:

Cancel one more credit cards

Complete our Card Cancellation Request form (PDF 637KB), then deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification and processing. 

Close a credit card facility

Complete our Facility Closure Request form (PDF 64KB), then email it to commercialcards@westpac.com.au or fax it to (02) 9055 3598.

Order a new Business Debit Mastercard

You can order a debit card for your eligible business bank account through Online Banking:

Add an additional cardholder

Change the cardholder name on a debit card

Complete sections 1, 2, 4 and 10 of our Business Debit MasterCard Application - Maintenance Form (PDF 1MB), then deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification and processing.

Change the company or business name of your facility

Complete sections 1, 2, 3 and 10 of our Business Debit MasterCard Application - Maintenance Form (PDF 1MB), then deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification and processing.

Please note, evidence of the change of name – such as a certificate of registration – must be presented to a Westpac branch for the change to take place.

Change the address of your facility

Complete sections 1, 2, 5 and 10 of our Business Debit MasterCard Application - Maintenance Form (PDF 1MB), then deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification and processing.

Update the daily spend limit of a limited access card

Complete sections 1, 2, 7 and 10 of our Business Debit MasterCard Application - Maintenance Form (PDF 1MB), then deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification and processing.

Change the bank account(s) linked to a card

Complete sections 1, 2, 6 and 10 of our Business Debit MasterCard Application - Maintenance Form (PDF 1MB), then deliver to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification and processing.

Please note, you can only link a second account to full access cards. 

Cancel one more debit cards

Complete sections 1, 2, 8 and 10 of our Business Debit MasterCard Application - Maintenance Form (PDF 1MB), then deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification and processing.

Close a card facility

Complete sections 1, 2, 9 and 10 of our Business Debit MasterCard Application - Maintenance Form (PDF 1MB), then deliver it to your Relationship Manager or any Westpac branch for verification and processing.

Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure that all cards attached to the facility are destroyed and any existing Direct Debits are cancelled.
