How to find Red

In the Westpac App

Before trying these instructions make sure you update to the latest version of the app.  
  1. Tap Contact us at the top of the screen
  2. Under the Just ask us section, tap Chat now

In Online Banking

  1. Select Chat with us on the main dashboard


Keeping your data safe

Red helps you navigate Online Banking or the Westpac App. If you need to chat to us, you can do this through Red Monday to Friday 7am – 9pm and Saturday & Sunday 8am – 6pm. Your conversation with Red is secure and your personal information protected at all times. More information: How we protect you
