You can now update your email address in Westpac Live
Great news! You can now add and update your business email address in Westpac Live.
This new feature means that you no longer need to call or visit us in branch when you need to make changes to your business email address – saving you time and effort.
See who you authorised (third party) to access to your accounts
You can now keep track of who has third party access to your accounts in Westpac Live. This new feature gives you full visibility of who has access to your accounts and the level of access given.
If you use Westpac Live for Personal, simply go to the Account Activity page. If you use Westpac Live for Business, this feature can be accessed by Administrators via Account Access levels in User Administration.
