Connecting your bank feed to a Third Party Service Provider

You can now authorise Westpac to connect your transaction details to a Third Party Service Provider via Westpac Live3. This feature in Westpac Live means that you can connect or disconnect bank feeds without the need to contact us - saving you time and effort.

Things you should know

1. Quick Balance: Only eligible accounts can be displayed. Available on compatible devices with supported operating systems. View the full list of compatible devices and supported operating systems at westpac.com.au/devices.

2. Read the Android Pay Terms and Conditions before making a decision and consider if it is right for you. For a full list of eligible cards please visit westpac.com.au. To use Android Pay you will need to use a compatible device with a supported operating system, details are available at westpac.com.au/devices. Internet connection may be needed to make purchases using Android Pay and normal mobile data charges apply.

3. Bank feed must be set up with Third Party Service Provider before it can be connected in Westpac Live. If your Third Party Service Provider does not appear in the drop down menu in Westpac Live, you may need to check that your provider is registered with Westpac. Should there be any changes in your user access or network access levels, you may need to disconnect your bank feed(s) as any access changes will not impact bank feeds.
