Sign in with Face ID technology

The Westpac Banking app now allows you to securely sign in using Facial Recognition technology. Available only on iPhone X.

Update your business address and phone number

You can now update your registered business address and add/update your phone number in Westpac Live1.

This can be done by the Administrator of your organisation and will follow the standard Administrator approval process.

Update your email address

This new feature means that you no longer need to call or visit us in branch when you need to make changes to your business email address – saving you time and effort.

Manage your credit card repayments with SmartPlan

Smartplan helps you take control of your credit card balance by splitting repayments into smaller, manageable instalments.

Need to speak to us about your banking? Tap Connect in the mobile banking app and select the reason for your call. We’ll connect you with a customer service expert who can help resolve your enquiry.   

Never miss a credit card payment

Receive an SMS or email reminder five days before your credit card payment is due. It's easy to set up.

1. To update your address for Commercial Cards, Merchant Facilities, Equipment Finance and Account Analysis Fee Statements, please call 132 142 or visit any one of our Westpac branches.
