You can check the issue date on the front of the card. Business cardholders can set or change their PIN via their Westpac Live Personal profile, however, you must be registered for a Westpac Protect™ security device. Cardholders will still receive a PIN in the mail for a new card (except Altitude Business Platinum and Altitude Business Gold), however, if you have already set your PIN online, you should ignore the PIN that you receive in the mail.
