Checking your rewards points balance is easy:

BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum Qantas Points

Checking your current points balance:

  • Log into your Qantas Business Rewards account to view Qantas Points earned from Westpac BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum.
  • With the Qantas Points earned by your business, you can redeem points for flights on Qantas and its partner airlines. You can check your business Qantas Points balance by logging into qantas.com/business

Qantas Points not showing up?

  • Ensure that you have received log in details and have registered at qantas.com/business
  • Make sure it's been two entire credit card statement cycles since you initially signed up
  • Points are allocated to Qantas Business Rewards accounts once per month in alignment with your statement cycle
  • Check that registration was completed with the correct ABN
  • Ensure you've been transacting to accrue points.

Transferring BusinessChoice Qantas Business Rewards Points to Qantas Points

If  you're a Principal 1 or Principal 2 of your credit card facility1, you can choose to transfer your business Qantas Points to any nominated Qantas Frequent Flyer account by logging into qantas.com/business. A minimum points balance of 3,000 Qantas Business Rewards Points is required to convert to Qantas Points.

Things you should know

1.  "Principal 1" means the person who applies for the BusinessChoice Cards on behalf of the Business and is identified as an applicant on the Application Form for the BusinessChoice Cards or any other person the Bank agrees in writing to be "Principal 1" from time to time.
"Principal 2" means the person, other than Principal 1 who applies for the BusinessChoice Cards on behalf of the Business and is identified on the Application Form for the BusinessChoice Cards (if any) or any other person the Bank agrees in writing to be "Principal 2" from time to time.

Altitude Points: The earning and redemption of Altitude Points is subject to the Altitude Business Rewards Terms and Conditions (PDF 113KB). You do not receive points if your card account is in arrears for 2 consecutive statement cycles and in other circumstances.

Altitude Business Gold and Altitude Business Cards: For each statement cycle a points cap of 20,000 points applies when using either or both cards. Bonus points do not count towards the points cap.

Qantas Points: The earning and redemption of Qantas Points is subject to the Altitude Qantas Terms and Conditions (PDF 164KB) and BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum Card - Qantas Business Rewards program Terms and Conditions (PDF 93KB)You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and redeem points in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.

The Altitude Business Rewards Terms and Conditions and Business Choice Rewards Card Qantas Business Reward program Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of the relevant frequent flyer program apply. A joining fee may apply. Availability of award flights may be limited.
