Qantas Business Rewards program
Available on the BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum card, this program allows your business to earn uncapped Qantas Points into your Qantas Business Rewards account from the first dollar spent on the card1.
The BusinessChoice Platinum account allows up to 10 cardholders and each card can be set with an individual card limit (up to business account limit); making it easy to control spend and track individual activity.
How to earn Qantas Points
First of all, your business must sign up to Qantas Business Rewards. The usual join fee of $89.50 is waived for new BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum cardholders. All businesses with an ABN are eligible to join.
Then, each time you use your card for business expenses you can earn Qantas Points – expenses can include government payments to agencies such as the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
Your staff will earn Qantas Points and Status Credits as Qantas Frequent Flyer members. By adding their Qantas Frequent Flyer numbers and your business' ABN into bookings, your business will also earn Qantas Points from eligible flights on top of the flyers' Qantas Points.

1 Qantas Points A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however businesses that are not members of Qantas Business Rewards program at the time of application for a BusinessChoice card facility will be offered complimentary membership upon approval of a new Westpac BusinessChoice Rewards Platinum credit card facility. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the . Qantas Points for business are offered under the . Members will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $1.50 spent on eligible business purchases. Eligible business purchases do not include government charges, interest and other bank fees and charges, cash advances, balance transfers, BPAY payments and if the Billing Account is in arrears or over limit on the posting date of a transaction. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members' Business Rewards account within 60 days of the first eligible purchase or card account has been linked to the BusinessChoice rewards facility. You do not earn Qantas Points on use of a card or card account where for that statement period, a Billing Account or card account is in arrears or over limit at the end of that statement period. Any Qantas Points earned in that relevant statement period will be forfeited. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under this offer must be made directly to Westpac by calling 1300 367 228.
2 Using Qantas Points You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn and redeem Qantas Points. A joining fee may apply. Membership and the earning and redemption of Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions. Qantas Business Rewards Members must transfer Qantas Points to individual Qantas Frequent Flyer account/s for redemption. We recommend you consult your accountant or tax adviser to ensure you understand possible tax implications, for example fringe benefits tax (if applicable).
3 Earning twice on flights A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member and registered for GST or be an Australian Public or Private entity or other incorporated company, and not be a travel agent or on a Corporate Deal with Qantas to earn Qantas Points for the business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 applies, is inclusive of any applicable GST and may be varied by Qantas from time to time, without notice, in its absolute discretion. Qantas Points for business are offered under the Qantas' Terms and Conditions and earning thresholds apply. Qantas Points earned on air travel are determined in accordance with the airline earn table. A Member's ABN and traveller's Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number must be quoted at the time of booking to earn Qantas Points for both the business and the traveller. An eligible flight means a domestic or international flight which has a Qantas 'QF' flight number on the ticket that is purchased in Australia; is operated by Qantas, Emirates or American Airlines; has a ticket number commencing with '081'; and is booked and travelled for business on or after the date the business registers for Qantas Business Rewards. Exclusions apply.

Qantas Points and Status Credits (where applicable) are earned on eligible flights with a Qantas or applicable oneworld® Alliance Airline or Airline Partner flight number on your ticket. 4 Flight savings Savings are available exclusively to Qantas Business Rewards Members on selected fares only and do not apply to taxes, fees and carrier charges. Availability is limited. Advance purchase and other conditions may apply. Savings are subject to and defined in the terms and conditions of Qantas Business Rewards as Member Savings.
5 Qantas Club membership Discounted Qantas Club membership is available to Qantas Frequent Flyer members who are Qantas Business Rewards Flyers of the Qantas Business Rewards. The discount applies to the Qantas Club individual membership rates on new and subsequent memberships and is managed under the Qantas Club individually managed corporate scheme. Qantas Club membership is subject to the Qantas Club Terms and Conditions.
