Set up direct debit
Simplify things and never miss a repayment with direct debit.
To set up or change a direct debit, you just need to:
- Be registered for Online Banking
- Be debiting a Westpac account in your name
Online Banking
- Select Services
- Under Account services select Direct debits
Westpac App
- Search Home loan direct debit
- Select home loan and make the change
Want to nominate direct debit payments from a non-Westpac account?
Download, complete and share the relevant Direct Debit Request Form below by:
- Scan and email: loanmaintenance@mortgage.westpac.com.au
- Drop it off at your local branch.
