A PayID is a smart identifier that can be linked to any eligible account. Your customers who bank with participating FIs can use your PayID to send you fast payments.
Westpac offers business customers the following types of PayIDs:
To request a new PayID, please complete the PayID Registration for Organisation – WIB (PDF 60KB)
(Update linked Account, Lock, Close, and Transfer)
To make changes to your PayID, please complete the PayID Maintenance for Organisation - WIB (PDF 67KB)
McDonalds' Cash-out rebate only applies to Card Present Facilities (In-restaurant Merchant Terminals).
To amend the Merchant Cash-out Rebate credit account, please complete a Company Letterhead request. Ensure execution by two Company Directors or one Company Director and one Company Secretary, otherwise Sole Director to authorise solely.
To amend the Merchant Cash-out Rebate Statement mailing address, please complete a Company Letterhead request. Ensure execution by two Company Directors or one Company Director and one Company Secretary, otherwise Sole Director to authorise solely.

The below Merchant amendment details refer to both the Card Present and Card not Present Merchant Facilities for each restaurant.
To amend the merchant account settlement and billing details, please complete and execute the attached form. If the account provided is a Non Westpac account, please provide a copy of your latest statement showing the entity and BSB and account numbers. Alternatively, a confirmation on letterhead from your bank with these details will suffice.

McDonalds Licensees are not to instruct amendments to restaurant address or merchant facilities.
Based on McDonald’s corporate instructions, Westpac will manage the amendment of details of the merchant facility.
McDonalds Licensees are not to instruct closure of their Westpac merchant facilities or restaurant closure.
Based on McDonalds' corporate instructions, Westpac will manage the cancellation of each merchant facility once a handover has taken place or a restaurant has been closed.
