Who is IDCARE?
Westpac has proudly partnered with IDCARE, Australia and New Zealand’s national identity and cyber support service. IDCARE have helped thousands of people and organisations to reduce the harm they experience from the compromise and misuse of their identity information by providing effective response and actions.

The CROC Program
IDCARE's Cyber Resilience Outreach Clinics (CROC) connects with vulnerable communities across Australia in the fight against cybercrime, scams and identity theft.
Free community sessions
IDCARE's cyber experts run free community sessions to teach individuals practical steps that can be taken to help navigate safely online.
Bringing care closer
Mobile pop-up clinics are organised across Australia to ensure a wide coverage of remote and regional communities to help those in need.
Stay ahead of scams
The goal is to help raise awareness about the current scams and cyber-threats and provide personal direct priority access to IDCARE services.
