How long do I have to complete my application?

You can retrieve your application for 45 days from when you started.
 

How do I resume my application?

If you’re new to Westpac

Have your Application Reference number and mobile number ready and select resume application:

If you’re an existing Westpac customer

Sign in with your Online Banking details and resume your application:

You can also continue your application via Online Banking or the Westpac App.

What will I need?

Depending on where you left off, you may need:

  • Your Application Reference number
  • Your mobile phone as we might send you verification codes
  • Two valid forms of ID (e.g. Australian drivers license, Medicare card, passport)
  • Your financial details to help us confirm your income, liabilities and expenses

How long do I have to complete my application?

You can retrieve your application for 14 days from when you started.

What do I have to do?

Search Westpac Credit Cards in your emails to find the message we have sent you and follow the instructions.

What will I need?

  • Mobile phone
  • Two valid forms of IDs (Australian driver licence, Australian passport, Medicare card, Australian birth certificate)
  • Current online banking account details (so we can confirm your income) 
  • Westpac Online banking access.
