Your merchant number is 8 digits long. You can find your merchant number on any transaction receipt from your EFTPOS terminal or on your merchant statement.

Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Note: Due to COVID-19, delivery times may be impacted. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days, please call us on 1800 029 749.

Your terminal stand is sent within 24 hours of receiving your order and it will take 1-5 business days to arrive.

Your EFTPOS stationery will be delivered to the trading address we have on file. If you would like your EFTPOS stationery supplies delivered to another address, please let us know when you place your order.
